When I was a kid there was a Haunted House pinball game at Munchies Pizza that would terminate your entire game at the slightest provocation. The machine would essentially go dark. --Turns out this was a malfunctioning 'feature' that pinball pros call a "Slam Tilt", designed to prevent vandalism.
